By using EthioAdvance and receiving tutoring services through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or using EthioAdvance constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

Tutoring Services
EthioAdvance connects students with qualified tutors. Tutor assignments are made based on subject requirements, location, schedule preferences, and tutor availability.

Service Fees
Grade 1–4: 500 ETB per 1 hour session.
Grade 5–8: 600 ETB per 1 hour session.
Grade 9–12: 700 ETB per 1 hour session.

Payment Schedule
EthioAdvance operates on a post-service payment model. Payment becomes due after services have been provided. Fees for each four-week service period must be settled no later than the end of the fifth week.

Late Payment Penalties
Outstanding balances not settled by the start of the sixth week will incur a late payment penalty of 500 ETB per week until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Recovery of Unpaid Fees
If payment remains outstanding after the eighth week, EthioAdvance may suspend services and pursue lawful recovery of unpaid fees, penalties, and associated costs under applicable Ethiopian laws.

Tutor Replacement
Families may request a tutor replacement at any time by contacting EthioAdvance through the website feedback feature or official social media channels listed in the website footer.

Service Misuse
Users may not misuse the platform, provide false information, interfere with services, or engage in conduct that negatively affects tutors, students, or EthioAdvance operations.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal processes within Ethiopia.
